You can't "join" the Pound, no one join's the Pound. But you can get "Caught." If you want to be a part of the Pound and have more fun than you've ever experienced, all you have to do is get anywhere near us, and if you get caught, you're in! Just that simple. But you may want to observe the Pound from afar... at least at first. Size up the dogs, and if it looks like you can handle that much fun... then get closer, cuz if we find out you like to ride, have fun, love people, and get freakin crazy... then you're gonna get caught!
